Local Food Cookbook
This cookbook is a product of two students in 91社区's Environmental Action Club who wanted to increase the awareness of local food and the farmer's market on campus. They hoped a cookbook would get people into the kitchen with local ingredients.
Farmers at the local farmer's market contributed their favorite recipes. Along with pictures and quotes about food, dozens of recipes fill the pages of this sustainable food cookbook. Take a look!
